Registration and abstract submission

Registration

• The date set for registration was 15 June 2015. Thank you to all those who registered!
  As per current information, the meeting will bring together approximately 80 scientists in the field, from 6 continents.

• However, late-bird registration is still possible at this time.

• Please remember that participation is not fully confirmed until the conference fee is paid. See here for more information.

• A number of contributed talks will be selected from among those attendees who have registered and paid fees by the standard deadline of July 3.

Abstract submission

• Please submit your abstract during registration.

• The uploaded file can be in PDF or text (TXT) format.

• We recommend you use this LaTeX template to generate your abstract.

• Please indicate whether you wish your presentation to be considered for a contributed talk.
